API Calls Not Working After Upgrading DNAC

• Software: 2.3.3.7-72328

• After upgrading to 2.3.3.7-72328, we faced issues with many API calls, as displayed below:

+ Action Plan:

1.  This is a behavior which sometimes happens when we upgrade the system packages but the REST API bundle was not auto-upgraded causing the observed behavior.

To solve this issue, we disable , wait a few minutes then re-enable the Cisco DNA Center REST API Bundle. This behavior is documented in the below defect:

2.  The steps needed to disable the bundle are as shown below:

3.  From there, we scroll down to the REST API bundle and press on it, from there we can disable it:

- After disabling and re-enabling, we confirmed that our issue was resolved.
